At first take my salam, hope all of you are very fine. i am also. wordpress is a number one blogging platform. it is easy to use and manage. but some times it suffers from some little little problems. although keep update is important for blog owners but some person not interested to get any external request. such as update notice. which is come from external. so if you not like to see this kinds of external request then follow this steps:
1. At first go to your 'cpanel'
2. Open your 'wp-config.php' file in edit mode.
3. Copy and paste this code in your 'wp-config.php' then save this.
From now all kinds of external request is stop.
